1. Is your honey 100% pure?
Yes. Every jar comes from our own hives in Gujar Khan. We never heat it, never blend it, and never mix it with sugar syrup. What the bees make is what you get.

2. How do I know it's not mixed with sugar?
Because we don't buy honey from anyone to resell — we only sell what our own bees produce. Real raw honey also behaves differently from adulterated honey: it varies in taste by season, and it crystallises over time. Both are signs it's genuine.

3. Why has my honey turned solid or grainy?
That's crystallisation, and it's a sign your honey is real. Pure raw honey naturally sets over time, especially in cold weather. It hasn't gone bad — just place the jar in warm water and it returns to liquid. Heavily processed honey often won't crystallise at all.

4. Do you deliver across Pakistan? How long does it take?
Yes, we deliver nationwide by Pakistan Post, and orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days.

5. Do I have to pay online?
No. We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan — you pay the courier in cash when your honey arrives at your door. No card or online payment needed.

6. Why is a honey sometimes out of stock?
Because our honey is seasonal. We sell only what our hives produce each harvest, so some varieties sell out until the next season. Sidr honey, for example, is harvested in October, while Acacia is harvested in spring. You can see our full Harvest Calendar above.

7. What's the difference between Sidr and Acacia honey?
Sidr (Beri) honey is rich, dark and full-bodied, and is popular in winter and for gifting. Acacia (Phulai) honey is light, mild and delicately floral, and stays liquid longer — a favourite for everyday use, children and tea. See our full comparison above.

8. Is honey safe for young children?
Honey is loved by children, but it should never be given to babies under 12 months of age, as their digestive systems are still developing. For anyone older, it's a natural and wholesome choice.

9. Can I visit the farm or see how the honey is made?
We share regular photos and videos of our hives and harvests on Instagram, so you can see exactly how our honey is made, season by season. Follow @the_beekeeper_honey to watch it happen.

10. Is your honey organic?
Our honey is raw and natural — harvested from our own hives, unheated and unprocessed. Our bees forage on wild and natural vegetation around Gujar Khan. We focus on being genuinely pure and traceable rather than chasing a certification label.

11. How is the honey packaged for delivery?
Every jar is sealed and packed carefully to prevent leaks during transit. If anything arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp and we'll make it right.

12. Does raw honey expire?
Pure honey doesn't spoil. Stored properly, it lasts for years — it may crystallise or darken slightly over time, but it stays safe to eat. If your honey sets solid, that's a sign of quality, not spoilage.
